Authorize.net Iframe not rendering

Hi , I am getting the following error on my authorize.net integration.
Refused to frame 'https://test.authorize.net/' because an ancestor violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-ancestors 'none'".
It was working fine till 20/05/2024

It just broke in Production now.

Any resolution so far on this? do you know if this spread to accept.authorize.net as well

Voiding electronic refunds typically involves canceling the transaction through your payment processor or financial institution's platform. Be sure to follow their specific procedures and confirm the void to ensure the refund does not process.

I think its occuring again. Can anyone please confirm the same. This time iframe is rendering but its nor responding to Pay and Submit button click event.
Refer -  See , the authorizenet iframe is shown as blocked in status.
