Hello everyone,
We are aware of an issue preventing some developers submitting transactions to the developer sandbox. Our engineers are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
I'd recommend subscribing to this topic so that you'll be alerted via email if there are updates. To subscribe, click Topic Options at the top of this thread and then select Subscribe. You'll then receive an email once anyone replies to your post.
Thanks,
Richard

The issue should now be corrected. Please let us know if you continue to see problems.

Hi arbTester,
Can you please describe what is the exact error you are getting? Is this only happening when trying to create a subscription?
Thanks,
Joy
