Build custom E-Wallet with Authorize.net

Hi,

my customer searches a solution to build a custom online wallet like very simple PayPal (right now we use revolut.com as a reference before we defined requirements). 
So basic functionality is:  a user has an account in our system where he can deposit money and then send it to any account in supported countries.

Can we implement it using Authorize.net as backend?

Hello @olegl84

Authorize.Net helps merchants accept credit card or ACH payments.  We do not currently support pushing funds to another account.

We do not currently support push payments, however it is something we continue to research for possible future development.
