I'm implementing CIM to store customer profiles.
I've added several profiles with liveMode enabled and now some of those test transactions have been listed as unsettled transactions for 5 days now. Their status is FDS - Authorized/Pending Review and we can't void them.
What do we do with these $0 transactions? Will they go away on their own? I can't find any information about this problem.

SOLUTION:
Log into Authorize.Net, click on Tools > Fraud Detection Suite. There you can select these particular $0 transactions and void them, at most 20 at a time.
