Create CIM profile from Apple Pay Transaction

According to documentation, createCustomerProfileFromTransactionRequest cannot be used to create a CIM profile from an Apple Pay transaction. Is there another way to handle CIM payment profile creation, or is it simply not possible to tokenize Apple Pay payment details for future transactions.

You are correct, it is not possible to create a customer profile from a previous Apple Pay transaction.
