Hello,
I runned into a problem trying to capture a payment after a previously authorized transaction. I am using the same credit card and the same transaction id. but i get "The original transaction was not issued for this payment profile."
i mention that the authorize transaction was made on the old system where we didn't used CIM. Is something i can do about this? Or i will have to void all the pending authorized transactions and re-autorize them and then capture.

Use AIM or capture it from the merchant account virtual terminal.
