Has anyone heard anything from Authorize.net regarding their promised support of EMV cards for API transactions? The FAQs have promised documentation and integration but there's been no updates to either since 2015.

Hello @mitchelldm7
The good news is that yes, we're working on EMV. The not as good news is that while it's getting close, we're not ready with our EMV solution for developers to begin coding. We'll do a blog post once we're ready for developers to start work on EMV solutions.

Is there an ETA when EMV solution will be ready for developers? Also, what about hardware recommendations? Is there a Chip/Swipe/Contactless reader that you can recommend will work with the API?
Thanks!

Are there plans for EMV support thru anything besides a mobile Andriod/IOS solution?
We use a PC based platform and are looking for a solution to use with it much like the current SDK/API.

@DRBlagg Yes, we're working on a Windows desktop SDK that will support the same AnywhereCommerce Walker reader. It should be available early next year. I would suggest subscribing to our developer blog for updates.
