Error coming after moving production account details(CIM)

Hi Team,

 

We have integrated the Authorize.net CIM with our application. Its working fine able to (create customer profile, payment profile, transactions ) perfectly. But when we tried the same moving to production environment by changing merchantid,transactionkey,APIURL and mode of Authorize.net to Live Account details.

1.Succefully creating the customer profile

2. At the time of creating the payment profile giving following error:

Error Code :E00027
Error Message :An error occurred during processing. Please try again

 

Please suggest us how to fix this live account issue.

Note: We have enabled creditcard transaction enabled in live sccount

Hi pradeep_p,

 

Most likely, this error actually has nothing to do with your integration.  It is much more likely that this is due to a misconfiguration of the merchant bank information in the Authorize.Net account.  This is something that can be confirmed by our Customer Support department and can be corrected if the merchant double-checks the merchant bank details.
