Freight amount Invalid

Hi Team,

Under shipping when we send shipping description we get “Freight amount Invalid” and when we don’t send description we are able to get through payment.

We are sending String within limit i.e. 255 character in description.

Can you please let us know what could be wrong here?

I’m not in front of my computer, but from memory there is another property you have to set if you set description. I want to say it is a property called name. I can’t guarantee this is a solution. I just recall this vaguely. If this solves your issue please mark this thread solved.
