The user help in the Merchant Interface for the location of the webhooks editing link is wrong. It shows it should be at: Home > Account > Settings > Transaction Format Settings > Transaction Response Settings > Webhooks
When it should be listed as: Home > Account > Settings > Business Settings > Notification Settings > Webhooks.
If you don't happen to look thru all the setting options (this one being at the very bottom of the screen) you can't find what the help tells you to do.

In one of the quicker turnarounds in recent memory, I just got a response back from that team that it was already fixed in the source files; the files are just waiting for the next time a Merchant Interface release gets pushed.
