I am a newbie, so forgive me as I cannot seem to find some answers I need with regards to the hosted CIM page...
So here's the deal, I have my developer working on a signup process for me and he is telling me that I cannot format the hosted CIM page the way I'd like :smileysad:
I have read http://www.authorize.net/support/CIM_XML_guide.pdf
(page no 98,99 thatโs all the information)
Here are my questions:

- Can the form be centered as I hate it all the way off to the left of monitor....?
- What is that "Bank Account (USA Only)" option???? I don't offer that method, but if you can explain, i am willing to explore the option?
- Please add the logo for Visa, Mastercard and Amex, so that customers know which cards we accept.
- At the top of the page , missing the text: Take advantage of the simplicity which comes with our monthly automated credit card billing! Please complete the form below and your new account information will be sent to the email address you have provided.
- Please remove the fax field and make sure that all other fields (except Company) are required.
Would someone be kind enough to let me know if this can be achieved?
