How can I get payment profile of customer which is added at last?

I am using CIM hosted integration and want to know if there is any way to get notify (by url) when user adds a new payment method?

Or is there any way to get the payment profile which is added by user at last?

We now support Webhooks which you can use to receive notifications when customer profile information changes.
