We're a SaaS booking platform currently using Stripe Connect for commission handling, and we've been trying to set up a Reseller Account with Authorize.Net as an alternative solution.
We've already submitted the official reseller application at authorize.net and reached out via the contact form, but it's been over 3 months with no response from either channel.
A few questions for the community:
- Is there a direct contact or internal team at Authorize.Net that handles reseller/partner inquiries?
- Has anyone else gone through this process recently? What was your experience like?
- Is the reseller program still active, or has it been deprecated in favor of something else?
Any guidance on who to reach or how to escalate this would be appreciated.
