How to get transaction fee? How is it called in Authorize.net

I need to get the transaction fee in my application which has Authorize.net intagrated. How is it called? 

I see Tax, Duty, freight, etc... Which one is the transaction fee?

I was also looking for this information. The link above states that "Most likely, you are looking for information on the percentage charged by your merchant services account known as the discount rate."

However, we use Authorize.net as both our payment gateway and our merchant services using the pricing here: http://www.authorize.net/solutions/merchantsolutions/pricing/

The pricing there includes the flat transaction fees of 2.9% and .03 per transaction. Is there anyway to call these through the API for each transaction?
