Is there any way to create customer profile at payment time?

I have done payment process;Now i want to proceede for CIM.

I want a filed on authorize.net hosted form is it possible or we have to use SOAP or XML API for this purpose?

The hosted form, it in the CIM documentation, but you would still need to use either soap or xml to get the token.
