I've got a site that is using the hosted forms to collect the user billing address and card information. We have been finding that we have about 1/3 of users that try to make a purchase are giving up when it is failing to take their card information (some are very unhappy).
I tried calling in for help on the site, but they couldn't find any information on those attempts, but they appear in our customer list with a profile and address information, but no payment info.
Does anyone know how to log those entries so we can better troubleshoot what's going on?
