Hi,
I'm using Gravity Forms and the Sandbox account to test transactions. When I submit a transaction I don't see any errors, and Gravity Forms logs the transaction as successful with a transaction ID of 0. However, I am not getting any email receipts, either as a merchant or as a customer.
I checked my account settings and email receipts is on, and I've used this same account successfully for another project back in October. Not sure where the problem is occurring.

A transaction id of zero indicates either your sandbox is in test mode or test mode was set to true in the request. You must be running in live mode for the sandbox to process a transaction.
