Non-Descript Error (An error with no details helps nobody!)

Running Authorize.net transactions via an LMS (Docebo). Has anyone experienced this error before?

Please use the Insert Image feature from the toolbar to upload your image.

I did! The image is there and provides the client with literally no information. I was wondering if anyone has seen that image before.
