What is the difference between these two DECLINED transaction error messages:
1. "This transaction was declined due to a card code mismatch with the card code on file with the card issuing bank. This is NOT based on the settings in the Merchant Interface. Contact your merchant service provider for resolution."
and
2. "Authorization with the card issuer was successful but the transaction was declined due to a card code mismatch with the card code on file with the card issuing bank based on the settings in the Merchant Interface."
I can duplicate error #1 simply by entering an incorrect CVV code. A customer received the second error, and I'm not sure what she did to get it - I thought she didn't enter the correct code. NOTE: She did enter a CVV code however, as our website forces the user to enter a CVV code.)

Sound like 1) is Declined by the issue bank.
2)was Approved by the issue bank, but on the merchant account, you set to reject on centain Card Code Response.
FYI, the issuing bank may or may not Declined a transaction based on a CCV mismatch.
