Problem with activating account

Hi lollytate,

Are you trying to activate a test account or a real account? Our test accounts come already activated so you shouldn't have to do anything. If you're having problems activating a real account, then you'll need to contact our Customer Support department so they can help get you set up. They are available Monday through Friday from 5 AM to 5 PM Pacific at 877-447-3938.
