Why the subscription still in active on 09/2015?
What a status will be moved to ?

Hi gldev018,
I believe you are referring to an expiring credit card for your subscriptions. Credit cards expiring in the middle of the subscription do not cause the subscription to be canceled, it will only result to a "General Error" if the expired card is charged on it scheduled billing date. The subscription will remain active, if it is only the credit card that is expiring. You can always update the card on file with the new epxiration date and ARB will continue billing the customer until the subscription completes its cycle.

Hi if we have auto-updater does the expiring tab only show cards that will expire before auto-updater runs its report. Also, why does auto-updater sometimes takes almost 1 1/2 months to update a card. If we signed up for it on the 10th does it run the report every month on the 10th? s does it only update cards from, the 1st to the 10th or how does it work.

Why does it take almost two months for some cards to expire when using auto-updater? We signed up for auto-updater on the 10th, so does it run the report on the 10th, and if so what does that cover? every day before the 10th? is that why it may take longer for some cards to update. Also, is the General error message only when a card has expired after the report is run?
