I have the following questions about CIM :
1-How many customer profiles we can create under merchant
account? Do we have any limitations on the customer profiles?
2-Is the customer profile expired? If yes under what conditions?
3-Automatic report? Can we get a daily report with
transactions made and basically those failed ( not succeeded ) ?
4-Create some kind of report messages to Account
Manger to know if a customer profile is expired.
5-Is there a way to tell the amount of money a customer payment profile holds?
6-How many payment profiles we can create per customer profile?
7-What if we processed a payment of $100 against an account/profile of $50 ?
what's will happen and what's the expected code to get back?
8- What if we processed a payment of $100/whatever against an account/profile with
Empty card
expired card

2)No, only if you discountinue the CIM service.
3)Merchant account settings - User Profile

7)decline, unless you are doing partial transaction, then ask for another payment.
8)for CIM, you have to tell it the payment profile id is, and you will also have to check the response to see if it approve or decline.
