SIM and ARB

I don't want to store credit card numbers at all, so we've been using the SIM method. 

Now we want to support subscriptions but it doesn't appear that there is a way for me to do that without taking the credit card and using the ARB api.

Is that right?

Wrong, you can use hosted CIM.
