Testing Specific Response Codes

Hi, 

I want my application to respond to the following response codes in a certain way: 

57 An error occurred during processing. Please try again.

E00001 An unexpected system error occurred while processing this request.

E00104 The server is in maintenance, so the requested method is unavailable. Please try again later.

I read through the testing guide here https://developer.authorize.net/hello_world/testing_guide/ but i did not see a way to simulate any of the aforementioned codes.

How can I simulate the aforementioned codes in the sandbox testing system?

I'm looking for a way to have the test api return the codes mention above similar to how I can send zip code 46282 if I want to receive back response code 2 as described in the Generating Responses section of the Testing Guide.
