My client and I spoke to customer support today and they led us here. My client's business uses Authorize.net to process credit card transactions for subscriptions every month.
At the beginning of this month, all transactions have all been shifted to pending and have begun locking their subscribers out of their accounts. We've reached out to Authorize.net and they stated that on their end, they aren't receiving any information. We've reset the API login information twice to no avail (yet).
My client uses WordPress, which updated to 4.6.1 recently as well.
Any information is appreciative.

Are you using a WordPress plugin to process subscriptions or a custom-created module?
Are you able to determine if the subscriptions are found in the merchant interface and are the processing as expected?
