Transactions failing and Wordpress TLS Error

Another team member updated all Wordpress plugins and now all CC transactions are failing and Wordpress Admin panel shows:

Authorize.Net CIM requires TLS v1.2 support to process transactions. Please contact your hosting provider to update your environment to support the latest security standards.

 

WooCommerce Authorize.Net CIM Gateway 2.7.0 and WooCommerce 3.1.2

I contacted the host (Hostgator.com) and they indicated that TLS v1.2 was in fact installed.  Now I see that the Authorize.net deadline has been extended to Feb 2018. 

 

So why are my transactions failing and why am I seeing this error if the deadline has been extended?

 

Please help I am new to this environment. It's quite confusing thus far (and frustrating).  Thanks in advance for any advice.

Check to ensure the plugin is set to post to the Production environment API URL instead of the Sandbox and the appropriate endpoint credentials are entered.
