We have a client that will mainly be sending unmatched credits (it's a rewards network) - are there any limits that we could run into problems with?
Also, is there a process to export the tokens if we need to down the road?

You can read the Expanded Credit Capabilities application form and review the potential risks. I would also suggest having a conversation with your merchant account provider as they may have additional rules/controls governing refunds.
