Majority of Visa cards used by customers are gettiung declined with the error message below - "All "Card declined by issuer - Contact card issuer to determine reason" . the same cards are working fine for customers else where and there have been numerous reports. We tried to call the bank, processor and authorize.net customer service but of no use. Every one points the finger to the others. Has any one observed such a scenario. The master cards work fine and havent heard any complaints as of now. Any pointers to the developer team is helpful.
