I am just hoping someone has had this experience and is willing to share.
We haven't been using AuthNet for long, maybe 6 months. I created an internal application to accept call-in orders for a lawn and snow service. In the middle of the day, card processing suddenly just stopped. After calling, the reason is "account closed".
It feels like I am facing the giant without my slingshot. Any suggestions appreciated

Could you please share your merchantId ? Are you set up as a direct merchant or under a reseller/portfolio ?
