authorize.net dpm throwing error 302
i have a system setup that has been running fine for a couple of years. today, one particular customer was attempting to make a payment and continued to get the error below. other customers have been able to use the system without error. any insight into why this error is being thrown? i am not using x_reversal in my post at all.
Response Reason Code: 302
Response Reason Text: The reversal flag is invalid.
Other Suggestions: Invalid x_reversal value.

Sound like a setup issue with the the customer credit card issuer.

I was unable to get additional details as the user ended up submitting a check payment, and it was not reproducable outside of this particular user. I appreciate your attention and input.
