e00001 error

New  at bat here just hooked up to sandbox and first transaction got this error:

I am facing the same issue when I m clicking on https://api.authorize.net/xml/v1/request.api, the same error is coming m sending data in JSON format with post method and m the only sending  $anet->getToken() data. please help me. and reply fast
