test.authorize.net down?

Was just doing some testing on the authorize.net portions of my code and I'm suddently hitting a brick wall when I post to gateway/transact.dll.  No changes to my form builder.  Chrome reports ERR_CONNECTION_RESET.  I don't see any big API changes so I'm wondering if it is just down again?

The testing server isn't down, so I'm not sure what's causing this error. Are you still seeing it?
