On Wednesday, July 27, 2016, we will be conducting maintenance on the sandbox environment. New transaction processing ("Authorization Only" and "Authorize and Capture" transactions) should not be affected, however, beginning at approximately 10:00 PM until 11:00 PM Pacific time, the following services will be unavailable:
New sandbox account creation
Periodically, the following services may also be unavailable:
Follow-on transactions (voids, refunds, etc.)
Customer Information Manager (CIM)
Automated Recurring Billing (ARB)
Advanced Fraud Detection Suite (AFDS)
At approximately 10:15pm until 10:45pm Pacific, the Sandbox Merchant Interface will be unavailable.
There may be additional intermittent issues with the above services during the maintenance window, but they should be minimal. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience as we work to enhance the payment gateway sandbox environment.
