Just an FYI for those who may be wondering. Yesterday, XO Communications had a line go down which caused connection issues for any merchants who were routing through that particular line. They have fixed the line and all transaction processing has been working just fine since. The Authorize.Net platform did not experience an outage--the service interruption that some experienced was a result of the downed line. But again, all processing should be working as expected.
