Error "Profile for merchant not found or profile is still in draft state"

I have created Secure Acceptance profile and activated it. And also created REST - Shared Secret.

But when calling https://apitest.cybersource.com/up/v1/capture-contexts, I got error "Profile for merchant not found or profile is still in draft state".

I want to know if there is an interface that can obtain detailed information, including the refund status. My current scenario is to dock the refund call and obtain the order status before calling the refund to see if there is a refund status  This interface does not meet the requirements:https://apitest.cybersource.com/tss/v2/transactions/{id}

This usually happens if the Secure Acceptance profile isn’t fully activated or there’s a mismatch in the merchant ID between the profile and your API request. double-check that the profile status is “active” and that you’re using the correct merchant ID in your call. also make sure the REST shared secret is linked to the same profile.
