Error "Profile for merchant not found or profile is still in draft state"

I have created Secure Acceptance profile and activated it. And also created REST - Shared Secret.

But when calling https://apitest.cybersource.com/up/v1/capture-contexts, I got error "Profile for merchant not found or profile is still in draft state".

I'm dealing with this as well in the sandbox, also created the same keys and have active profile.
