We are on Salesforce Commerce Cloud using Cybersource cartridge and seeing a lot of failed payments along with Discover cards not being accepted.
- Looked at failed payments and not see any obvious reasons, payments are authenticated but not settled, very hit-and-miss scenario.
- Discover cards are not just being accepted, have we missed an update somewhere?
Did anyone run into such an issue before? What did you do to resolve this? or suggestions to resolve?
