After trying several times and never getting a confirmation email, I have now managed to set up a sandbox test account for the business center. However, the email I received as confirmation lists my Account Id and Merchant Id but does not tell me what my password is, and when I go to log in, the screen actually asks for an Organization Id, Username and Password. What are these values?
Trying to sign up for this test account has been one of the most painful experiences of my life as a developer. The support from Cybersource is simply appalling, and the entire process is confusing and badly documented. I have honestly never come across anything where simply making contact with support is so difficult. It even took five attempts to register an account here because the Captcha challenge never presented on anything except my phone.
Some help to simply log in to my test Enterprise Business Center account would be much appreciated as I'd quite like to get started integrating Cybersource with our software.
