Issue Updating Message Level Encryption Configuration

In the Message Level Encryption tab, the following fields are currently disabled and cannot be updated:

  • Response Encryption Key ID
  • Response Decryption Private Key

As advised, we attempted to update these settings through the Configuration tab, but the fields still remain disabled.

Could you please check and advise on how we can proceed?
