Hi everyone,
I tried registering for a CyberSource developer test account using the sandbox signup page. I received the activation email, but when I click the activation link, it returns the following error:
{"response":{"rmsg":"Internal server Error"}}
I’ve already tried opening the link in a private browser session and on a different browser, but the issue persists.
Has anyone else experienced this recently? Is there a known issue with sandbox account activation links, or is there a recommended way to get the activation token reissued?
Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.
