Support for SOAP integration using MetaKey (for SAP Commerce)

Hello Cybersource team,

We currently have a SAP Commerce (Hybris) implementation using the SOAP integration, where each merchant configuration requires its own .p12 certificate.
We are interested in migrating to use MetaKey, so that a single certificate can be used across multiple merchants instead of maintaining separate certificates for each.

I would like to ask if there are any plans to support MetaKey for SOAP integrations in the Cybersource extension for SAP Commerce, or if there is a timeline for when this functionality might be available.

While the Meta Key feature is generally supported for the SOAP API by Cybersource for transactions submitted on behalf of multiple merchants, there is no public documentation or specific announcement confirming its integration into the Cybersource extension for SAP Commerce (Hybris) for the SOAP method.

The current documentation for the SAP Commerce extension typically focuses on individual merchant configurations. Given the efficiency benefit you seek (single certificate management), Bazoocam, it is recommended to contact the Cybersource support or your dedicated Cybersource technical account manager directly. They can provide the most current information, confirm any development plans, or offer a precise timeline for MetaKey support within the specific SAP Commerce extension.
