Title: Reason Code 150 - usd_outlet_id usd_terminal_id missing on Sandbox

Hi,

I am getting Reason Code 150 on all payment attempts in sandbox,
even using the official PHP sample code:
Samples/Payments/Payments/SimpleAuthorizationInternet.php

Error: "The following property is either invalid or missing:
usd_outlet_id, usd_terminal_id"

Processor: fdiglobal
Merchant ID: jeshan_1772166619

I have seen other posts where engineers fixed this directly.
Could you please fix my sandbox account?

I am also having this problem. My Merchant ID is cb_sandbox3052. Can you fix my sandbox account? I am getting it as Error: "The following property is either invalid or missing:
scr_outlet_id, scr_terminal_id" and if I switch to USD as transaction currency, same thing but usd_outlet_id, usd_terminal_id
