Unable to create sandbox account

Hello, I am currently unable to create a sandbox account using the following link : 

https://developer.cybersource.com/hello-world/sandbox.html

Every time I try to create an account all I get is this :

Registration Failed. Please try again.

Any ideas?

Thank you for reaching out. We are working to make the Sign Up process provide more feedback on the error, if any. However, I just tried and was able to sign up.
