The link to sign up for a test account (https://developer.cybersource.com/hello-world/sandbox.html) redirects to a generic maintenance page (Page Under Maintenance). I've waited a day, still getting the same redirect. Is there any information on when it will be functioning again, or is this an error only I'm seeing?
