E00027 returns an "Unsuccessful" with "A duplicate transaction has been submitted." The Response (Error) Codes list from AN has some jibberish about an Australian server as being the problem. Does anyone update the Developer AN site anymore?

Thanks for the info. I was looking at my developer sandbox acct and it looked like the ARB setup was for defining a customer who would be using ARB, not the merchant. What am I missing?

WooCommerce does use GET for some non-monetary transactions such as testing, as you suggest. Are you saying that AN is going to block ALL GET access after 30 July?
