We already whitelisted this IP's: 198.241.168.60 , 198.241.162.104 but the silent post can't still access our server, and this was working perfectly yesterday June 30, 2016. So may I know if there were any changes to the IP address used by this funct...

@RichardH This is the IP address that was captured by our server during a silent post request: 198.241.206.38, after whitelisting this IP the silent post worked, but only whitelisting the two you've stated above did not help. thank you

@RichardH I am testing this in the sandbox, will that change anything? also how about for the relay response? I checked again and the silent post is still not accepted by our server unless we turn off our firewall.

@Lilith@RaynorC1emen7 thanks for your advice and help everyone, the problem was that authorize was not whitelisted in our server. After adding it to the list everything now works perfectly

@RaynorC1emen7 yes I already read that but my relay response always returns the time-out error. Do I need to enable Default Receipt URL if I want to use the relay response? and can relay response be used for a hosted form? This is really troubling me...
