This is with my sandbox account, but it looks like we're having issues
with the production site as well. I can't seem to figure out why two
orders got 200 OK and were marked processing yet they do not show up
under unsettled transactions.
My implementation also just stopped working today and I keep getting
different reasons. All start with E00117:OTS Service Error. The first
time I saw this it said "The OTS Service cannot complete the request due
to a validation or configuration error...
