Yes, the problem is in partial refund. Yes, partial refund works fine in non-apple pay transaction. All your assumptions are correct @Aaron. How do I open a support ticket or submit online?

Hello @Aaron, I'm using the last four that are returned in the response to the original AUTH_CAPTURE transaction. I'm facing issues with partial refunds only.
