I have the same issue happening in Chrome. I have not tested in awhile and all was working before (no code changes) and now I am getting the E_WC_03 error. Rick

Problem solved! I figured there was a library issue of some sort based on how prod worked locally and the development site on the cloud server worked too. Sure enough the updated dlls from Authorize.Net were not published during a Microsoft VS (2017)...
