This is my feedback on using the authorize.net gateway in WooCommerce.
There is little / no support available and two plugins with little explanation of what each one does. This is an issue when trying to resolve compliance issues.
I was about to leave authorize.net and change to SagePay when our credit card provider, Allied Irish Bank followed up my request for assistance with tech support. Fortunately he was able to check the compliance arrangements and pass us off as compliant so we have stayed with authorize.net for now.
We use WooCommerce because our web site is built on Wordpress and in my opinion authorize.net needs to take more of an interest in the plugins on WooCommerce claiming to be by authorize.net.
Any other WooCommerce users out there using those plugins ?
